This was from way back in 2004, given to me by some loser named Mike, when the first plan for Foreign Policy was still a go, for all we knew. Originally, it was to be a collaborative effort, in which everyone who contributed characters would also create a page a day, allowing for a neat visual clusterfuck as well as a unique storytelling method.
Unfortunately, the plan was flawed from the get-go, but that doesn't mean I can't insert little homages here and there.
